These data are gathered and stored with our processing partner, HubSpot, in compliance with global laws, including GDPR. We may use this information to send you newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other communications, but you have the right to opt-out of receiving them.

If you wish to join our waitlist for future features or receive updates from our Services, we will collect your name and email address. We may use this information to send you updates via email whenever we release a new feature. You have the right to opt-out of these updates.

Account holders who communicate with one another through our messaging functionalities or forums will have access to basic information about one another, such as name and photo, as well as the content of their communications. If you are an Enterprise Use Account Holder with access to login to the Admin Panel, you will be able to view all communications within your organization and all Content shared or posted on the Services.
3.2 Information Shared with Our Service Providers
We may engage third-party service providers to work with us in providing and administering the Services. These third-party providers have access to personal identification information only for the purpose of providing services on our behalf.
3.3 Information Shared with Third Parties
We may share aggregated and non-identifying information with third parties for demographic profiling and industry research and analysis purposes.

If you want us to delete your PII and Account details, please reach out to us at privacy@rivo-ia.com, and we’ll take measures to delete your information as quickly as possible.

8.0 Children’s Privacy
